Kundalini Yoga class
We offer virtual and in person Kundalini Yoga classes. They are 1h30 long and include breath work, a set of postures (called Kriya), meditation, chanting mantra. The class ends with a sound bath with alchemy crystal singing bowls.
In person classes are held every Friday in Chiswick, London.

Sound Bath
We offer virtual and in person sound bath.
Be prepared to experience the beauty of the Alchemy Crystal Singing Bowls.
When you attend a sound bath you are literally bathed in sound, vibrations and frequencies. These brilliant instruments will help you relax and quiet the mind.
personalised coaching
I also offer personalised coaching based on your date of birth and on Tantric Numerology which provides insight based on the time and date of birth as to which aspects of the self may be already strong, or in need of strengthening. I then come up with a personalised daily practice (mantra, kriya, meditation) to help you work on your shadow parts, on your limited beliefs.
