Welcome to INNER ALCHEMIES space of light and vibration.

My name is Stéphanie Tobbal. I was born in France and I am currently living in London, UK.

I am a Kundalini Yoga teacher and a Sound Bath practitioner.

I studied Kundalini Yoga with Samadhi Yoga Ashram (Rishikesh, India) and completed the requirements of the 200 hours KYTT (RYS 200) certified by Yoga Alliance.

I also completed the Level 1 - Kundalini awakening training  with Amrit Nam Sarovar in London under the guidance of Har Nal Kaur, Jotipal Kaur and Ludmila Livdharam.

I have also competed the Sacred Science of Sound Level 1 with the help of my mentors Jeralyn Glass and Susy Markoe Schieffelin from the Copper Vessel.

In June 2023i completed The Sound Healer Academy (TSHA) Level 1 training with Susy currently training with Susy from the Copper Vessel.

I work with energies, vibrations and frequencies.
