What is Kundalini Yoga?

 « KUNDALINI » means « COILED SNAKE » in sanskrit. It is said to be a divine energy created at the base of our spine.


Kundalini Yoga is the science, the technology helping us to activate this energy within our body, to « uncoil the snake ».



The Kundalini Yoga tools include PRANAYAMAS (breathwork), MANTRAS (chanting), KRIYAS (sets of postures), MEDITATION and MUDRAS (hand postures).
